Energy Stick (included in box)
Bowl of Water
Tin Foil
Metal Spoon
Plastic Spoon
Please make sure to read the instructions attached to the energy stick in your box. With this activity you will explore different conductors of electricity.
- Touch the ends of the energy stick and see how your body is an electric conductor.
- Grab a family member and form an electricity conducting circle.
- Look around your house and find a few items to test out and see if they are good conductors. Try a spoon, a bowl of water, or even a slice of pizza. The sensing circuit is so sensitive that it can detect even a very small amount of electricity that travels across your skin.
