Anyone can participate in a Scouting at Home activity. Scouts BSA will be prompted to procure Scoutmaster approval as a requirement for Merit Badge completion. Bobcat Box Activity Kits are designed to correspond with Cub Scout and Webelos Adventures but are available to anyone (they make an excellent gift).
